Nostalgic Curry Fish Head

Growing up in Singapore, curry fish head is always one of my favourite dish. To an extent, I would asked my brother to hand carry the curry fish head from Singapore to me in HK. Yeah, you have to be very good to your sibling to get such service.


I’m excited to try this MUSC curry fish head paste as mesmerising my childhood memory & satisfying my craving.


In HK, finding the right fish head was a challenge, as nowadays, you only get small fish head and not much fish meat.


The paste is so easy to cook, only a few simple steps, then you get a tantalising curry fish head. I reckon next time we can make more curry gravy for the rice.
