Sarawak Laksa ”Breakfast of the Gods”

Sarawak Laksa, quoted by late Chef Anthony Bourdain as “Breakfast of the Gods”.

Being a Sarawakian, I couldn't agree more to his statement. To get a good bowl of Sarawak Laksa served with Sambal Belacan and calamansi, one must get to the renowned kopitiam (cafe) before 0830am to avoid risking it being sold out!

I'm so please to see this delicacy now available in HK.
