Growing up in Malaysia and Singapore, Chicken Curry is a staple dish we eat regularly, no matter what occasion, CNY, Hari Raya, birthdays, etc.
After staying overseas for decades, I’ve lost my spicy taste bud. All ready mix pastes are always too spicy and with too much MSG and addictive.
This Chicken Curry paste from Sarawak has regained the love for my childhood dish. It’s simply delicious with no nasty addictive that makes you thirst-quenching.
