Sambal is not just simply a condiment, it complements well with everything. In Malaysia & Singapore, Sambal is almost served at every meal.

My husband is always a huge fan of pork belly, guess what we did. We marinated Sambal Belacan with Iberico Pork Belly, the result was crispy with a spicy sambal kick. It's simply heaven!
